Kurt Vile and the Violators added to Bristol Skyline Series lineup

American singer-songwriter-producer Kurt Vile is the latest act to be added to Bristol's Skyline Series, taking place throughout the remainder of 2018. Along with his band, The Violators, the former War On Drugs guitarist will be performing live at St Philips Gate on Thursday 8th November, with tickets on sale now via the link below.

In Bristol for the first time in 2018, the Skyline Series aims to be more than just live music. Each event will feature a unique food village Each event in both cities will feature a unique food village containing an exciting variety of the finest local street food purveyors and innovative pop-up restaurateurs from across the UK.

 

There will be plenty of full-service draft bars to quench festival thirst which will be complemented by specialist VIP bars featuring local and craft beer, wine, bubbles and creative cocktails for all tastes supplied by local drink artisans and brands.

 

Vile began his career creating lo-fi home recordings in Philadelphia. Through the duration of his time as a musician, he has released seven solo albums and worked on two full studio albums as the guitarist of The War On Drugs. His most recent release was 2017's Lotta Sea Lice, a collaborative project with singer-songwriter Courtney Barnett.
