North Street Summer Fair in Bristol on Saturday 30th June 2018Posted on: 25 Jun 2018
The Bristol North Street Summer Fair will take place on Saturday 30th June 2018.
Organised by North Street Traders Association, this community-based, family event will be packed to the rafter with so much music, food, drink, games, workshops and fun activities you'll literally be spoiled for choice. The whole of North Street will be cordoned off too so there's no need to worry about dodging out of the way for any of those pesky, fume-belching automobiles.
So, what's on offer throughout the day, then? Well, how about live music and dancing in the form of line-dancing, African, Street and Flamenco styles? Or a board game area where you can challenge your brain whilst enjoying a refreshing beverage? Perhaps a Cuban sarnie, a burger or some paella might tempt your tastebuds? You might want to get creative making musical instruments, give your larynx a workout singing along with the choir, or teach the little 'uns how to hoola-hoop or hopscotch.
Totally free and running from 10am to 5pm, North Street Summer Fair - or BS3TIVAL as they're also calling it (ha, see what they did there?) - is shaping up to be one of the best community events in the city this year.
You can keep up-to-date with the event and other info as it's announced on the official Facebook page here.
