Great Dog Walk on The Downs in Bristol Saturday 23rd June
Posted on: 07 Jun 2018A huge dog walk is happening on The Downs in Bristol on Saturday 23rd June and everybody needs to get involved!
The free-to-attend Great Dog Walk Together takes place between 10am and 11am and everybody is welcome, whether they own a dog or not. Attendees are to meet outside Café Retreat, BS9 1FG. The event will support the Great Get Together Weekend, set up by the Jo Cox Foundation to encourage people to get together and celebrate what they have in common to promote wellbeing.
“This is for all ages and abilities, to enjoy the company of dogs and their companions to promote wellbeing.”
The event is being organised in partnership with In Your Dog House Gifts. We are hoping that lots of these walks will be taking place across the UK.
The walk is also wheelchair friendly.
