WE ARE LIGHTNING! at Trinity Centre from Wednesday 16th to Friday 18th May 2018

The power of music is celebrated in a spectacular production - We Are Lightning! - which runs at Trinity Centre in Bristol from Wednesday 16th Friday 18th May 2018.

Mayfest 2018 in Bristol

Stunningly transforming Trinity Centre into a music venue on the cusp of closure, this darkly comic tale emphasises through music and theatre the importance of communal spaces and the transformative effect music has on those who play it.

Fighting to keep the fictional music venue open, you'll be treated a rollicking musical ride as a teen band, community choir and ageing rockers join forces to fight for what they believe in and celebrate the all-encompassing, phenomenal power of music.

Acclaimed Australian artist Joseph O'Farrell (JOF) on drums and Sam Halmarak on guitar mix theatre and power ballads to exhilarating effect for this gutsy theatrical production.

Performance times are:
Wednesday 16 May - 4:00pm
Thursday 17 May - 9:00pm
Friday 18 May -  9:00pm
The show runs for 65 minutes and comes with an age guidance of 13+. Tickets cost £17/£13 and can be purchased here.

Trinity Centre is located at Trinity Rd, Bristol, BS2 0NW Tel. 0117 987 7877
