Meatbox in Bristol

Owner of Meat Box Luke Hasell will be joined by expert butcher Chris Vincent to talk guests through the cuts of beef and why Luke cares so much about high welfare meat and breeding happy and healthy livestock. Chris will talk you through all the cuts and demonstrate some butchery all the while Head Chef Matthew Young is cooking a selection of organic steaks to perfection then chatting you through how to get the best from your steak of choice.

The collaboration, which is becoming quite a trend for the Wapping Wharf collective of independent businesses, is timed as part of Great British Beef Week and if successful could be the start of regular butchery demos and classes.
