Punka Presents - Kiss Me, Killer, Chang & Monocle at The Trap on 17th March 2018
Posted on: 14 Mar 2018The Trap dates back to 1741 and has welcomed customers from the alternative fringes of Bristol hosting regular Metal, Goth & live music nights.
The Trap has returned with a new team and continuing to fly the flag of Bristol’sever changing alternative scene. One of the groups hosting events at The Trap is Punka, a Bristol-based LGBTQI Alternative Club-night featuring all women-fronted indie/rock music. Everyone is welcome to Punka events, and all proceeds go to local charities.
Punka are branching out with the first of their ‘Punka Presents’ nights with “Punka Presents - Kiss Me, Killer, Chang & Monocle” at The Trap on 17th March 2018. They continue their theme of celebrating female-fronted indie/rock music and have set up a gig with three incredible Bristol bands with badass girls front and centre; Kiss me, Killer, Chang, and Monocle.
Punka like to give things a twist so they also have the deliciously dark-humoured and unstoppably fabulous Bristol Drag Queen, Ruby Rawbone as the host for the evening.
Not only will there be three not-to-miss bands to dance to, but Ruby will be giving you the lowdown on each one and serving you some twisted glamour dripping with sass to boot.
