Four huge live shows have been announced for the Westonbirt Arboretum this summer, with George Ezra, The Script, Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott unveiled as headlines acts, and one very special guest still to be announced! The shows will be a part of the Forest Live 2018 sessions, taking place in June and July at Cannock Chase Forest and Thetford Forest as well as the Arboretum.

English singer-songwriter George Ezra will play at the Westonbirt Arboretum on Sunday 17th June as part of the 2018 Forest Live sessions.

The first of the four special live shows at the Westonbirt Arboretum sees pop-rockers The Script take the stage on Thursday 14th June. The band are one of the most UK acts of the last decade, having sold over 29 million records. Their latest release, Freedom Child, topped the UK Album Chart and became the band's fourth offering to do so after The Script, Science and Faith, and No Sound Without Silence. The Irish three-piece have also made a name for themselves as a stellar live act, having sold over 1.4 million tickets for 203 headline shows over the years.

Paul Heaton and Jacqui Abbott are scheduled to play the Arboretum's second Forest Live 2018 show on Friday 15th June, treating audience to a special mix of their own releases alongside classics from The Housemartins and The Beautiful South. Paul Heaton, one of the most successful UK songwriters of all time with over 10 million album sales under his belt, made a name for himself in the early 80s with indie-poppers The Housemartins. In 1988 he formed The Beautiful South, with Jacqui Abbott becoming the band's lead vocalist in 1994 and going on to sing many of their signature hits such as Rotterdam and Dream A Little Dream. The pair will be supported at the Arboretum by special guest Billy Bragg.
