It looks like it's finally time to ditch that coat but you'll still need to keep the brolly close by as the weather is going to be unpredictable to say the least.

Here's our more detailed outlook for the weekly weather forecast in Bristol from 19-15 May 2016 courtesy of The Met Office wizards and Google.

Monday 9 May 2016 - A Bunch of Japes - Comedy night at Smoke and Mirrors.

Cloudy and warm! Temperatures will rise above 20 degrees in early afternoon but this might also signal the start of some rather impressive thunderstorms in the late evening that have been predicted by some.

Tuesday 10 May 2016 - Derren Brown will perform at The Hippodrome - Tickets are still available!

One of those days where it's hot and wet. Temperatures might hit near 20 again but with rain forecast and humidity up at around 8-% it's going to feel decidedly 'muggy'. Definitely a day to keep a brolly with you but you'll cook inside a big coat!

Wednesday 11 May 2016 - It's Steak Night at Clifton Wine Bar!

A bit of a cloudy start thanks to last night's rain but it will brighten up ready for lunchtime and the sun might peek through the white clouds in the early afternoon. A little cooler at around 15-17 for most of the day but low humidity and little chance of rain should make this a pretty pleasant day.

Thursday 12 May 2016 - Pub Quiz? Head to The Ship Inn.

A very similar day to yesterday, though a few degrees warmer. Again, a cloudy start but temperatures will heat up as the clouds part and could hit 20 again. Shouldn't see a drop of rain.

Friday 13 May 2016 - Loads of Friday things to do here!

A pretty 'safe' day in that there's almost no chance of rain, no humidity, temperatures around 15-17 degrees and a mix of cloud cover from morning to evening. A pretty safe bet that your Friday evening will be a dry one.

Saturday 14 May 2016 - Live magic and music at Illusions Magic Bar on The Triangle.

The Sun should be out in force today but, annoyingly, the temperatures might not hit quite the highs of earlier in the week. We had been relying on the cloud cover to keep us 'insulated' but now the Sun is out with a lack of cloud it should be warm in the sunshine but decidedly cooler in the shade. Might just be the perfect day for a BBQ?

Sunday 15 May 2016 - Riff Raff, Bristol’s leading a cappella pop and rock choir, will be performing at the Tobacco Factory Market.

Much the same as yesterday. A great day for a walk as the rain will stay away. Temperatures could creep up to the high teens but we'll struggle to hit 20. If you stay in the sunshine for long enough it should feel pretty warm though - click for our recommended venues for a Sunday Roast in and around Bristol.

Have a fantastic week!
