Retrace some of Hollywood legend Cary Grant's hometown haunts

Part of the national Lost and Found: Being Human Festival of the Humanities, this walking tour retraces Cary Grant's hometown haunts while uncovering Bristol's hidden cinema history. Participants will be led on a guided tour of Bristol city centre featuring the locations that inspired the star's journey from Horfield to Hollywood, and the spots where the Bristol Post photographed him on his many visits home.

 

The walking tour is part of a string of Cary Grant events taking place in the city

 

The walk starts at Bristol Cathedral and ends next to the Cary Grant statue in Millennium Square, where the Christmas fair and ice rink will be in full swing.
