You’ll also get to hear tracks from Steve’s new album.

Age 14+ (Under 16s to be accompanied by an adult).

Steve Hackett is now renowned as an immensely talented and innovative rock musician in his own right. After contributing to six Genesis studio albums, three live albums and seven singles, Hackett left in 1977 to pursue a solo career. Since then he’s demonstrated exceptional range in his composing and guitar playing, with influences garnered from jazz, world, blues and classical music.

The ‘80s saw his solo career go from strength to strength, producing hit single ‘Cell 151’, while also seeing the formation of supergroup GTR, with Yes and Asia Guitarist Steve Howe. The band was highly successful in America, but after two years, Hackett left to focus once again on his solo music. His recent work has been praised by fans and critics alike, most notably his 2009 album ‘Out of the Tunnel’s Mouth’ which some proclaimed as his best ever. Hackett continues to blaze a trail as an exhilarating and ground-breaking artist.
