Acid Reign at The Fleece in Bristol on Sunday 9 April 2017.

Acid Reign will be playing at The Fleece in Bristol on Sunday 9 April 2017.

British thrash metallers Acid Reign are back and play Exchange Bristol as part of their upcoming UK tour.

Formed in 1985, the group was active until 1991. They released their first demo in 1987 and quickly cut their teeth on the UK live circuit supporting the likes of Nuclear Assault, Exodus, Flotsam and Jetsam and Death Angel. After the release of their debut album, ‘The Fear’, they set about hitting Europe with Dark Angel and Candlemass.

After the release of their second album, ‘Obnoxious’, the band broke up, parting ways with their record label Music For Nations and signing off with a show at The Marquee Club in London.

Acid Reign reformed in 2015, releasing ‘Plan of the Damned’ – their first new song in 25 years (see below) and headlining the Sophie Lancaster stage at Bloodstock 2016.

Tickets will be £14.00 including booking fees.
