Local Pub in the Heart of the City

The Eldon House is the local pub in the heart of the city. It is found on Lower Clifton Hill, just off Jacobs Well Road, down from the Triangle and opposite QEH School. The Eldon has three distinct areas, the small snug area often being booked for dining parties up to ten. The main area can take up to fifty, and is often booked for birthdays and anniversaries especially on Saturday night.

The Eldon serves between four and five great real ales, keeping them fresh and of a consistent nature. The emphasis is mainly local with Bath Ales and Bristol Beer Factory a constant and the rest of the pumps being filled with changing guests both local and not so local. A changing craft beer, three lagers, draught cider and stout are complemented with fine wines and a range of spirits.

There is live music on Sunday evening, starting at 5.30pm and a Pub Quiz every Monday from 8:00pm (entry is just £1 and there is a £50 jackpot and other prizes). Plus, join in with a free Jam Night every Tuesday!
