Hengrove Park Leisure Centre is a modern exercise facility in Bristol equipped with a gym, dance studio and two swimming pools plus facilities for gymnastics, spin classes, 5-a-side football, basketball, badminton, martial arts and more. The site also has a crèche and cafe.
Hengrove Park is home to a 173 station gymnasium which is fully equipped with the latest apparatus and where staff are fully trained and enthusiastic about fitness. Clients are able to sign up for membership which grants a number of exclusive benefits or pay for single sessions. Personalised fitness plans including regular reviews are also available.
The main swimming pool at the Leisure Centre is a full Olympic size pool measuring 50 metres in length. The pool can be used as individual visits or as part of a monthly membership that grants unlimited use. There is also a smaller 20 metre pool for children and where lessons are held for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. The 8 metre high climbing wall has areas for both complete novices or experienced climbers and fully trained instructors are on hand at all times to ensure both safety and enjoyment.
A professionally run crèche is located onsite to cater for the childcare needs of leisure centre visitors and which operates a normal for people at work during the day. A secure environment is provided where children will be encouraged to interact with each-other and with toys, games and other activities being available.
