Bedrock

John Digweed will be performing at the O2 Academy in Bristol on 01 May 2016.

To celebrate Empathy’s 15th birthday and Bank Holiday weekend, super-star DJ John Digweed, returns to Bristol for the first time in almost 25 years.

One of the world’s finest DJs, producers and the sound of Bedrock, his last appearance in Bristol was at Lakota in 1994. His vision for the Bedrock record label has been realized over 12 years, as he continuously seeks out mixes and remixes from the world’s best producers.

From Top 40 smashes, radio shows, mix CDs for Renaissance, Global Underground and Northern Exposure, it’s little surprise he’s rated in the DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJs year on year.

Alongside Digweed will be local hero Nick Warren, making a welcome return to Bristol. One of the true pioneers of progressive house, don’t miss this rare home-town show.
