You have an opportunity to see Nathaniel Rateliff and his band, The Night Sweats, perform live as he comes to Colston Hall in Bristol on Saturday 19 November 2016.
2010 saw the release of the huge hit ‘In Memory of Loss’. Renowned for the distinct feature of soulful folk and supporting the likes of Mumford & Sons, Wilco, Bon Iver, The Lumineers and many others, the talent along with his new band The Night Sweats will release the self-titled debut album under the Stax label and Caroline International on 21st August.
Nathaniel Rateliff released his 2nd solo album titled ‘Falling Faster Than you Can Run’ in 2014, which was a success and was immensely commended. It was after this album that Rateliff started working on the seven piece band ‘The Night Sweats’. The brass infused, upbeat soul band has had sell-out shows last year in Denver and collected extensive critical acclaim.
After delivering 2 highly successful shows in UK, Nathaniel along with his band are all set to present their distinct style of soul once again in UK and Europe as they venture out on a 16 date tour. Just last month their show at The Lexington was a sold out and was the first sold-out London headline show. It attracted mind blowing reviews and was termed as ‘one of the best shows all year’ by The Guardian.
On iTunes Album Chart, the Album pre-order climbed up to 4th position. In US, it topped the iTunes Rock chart. The current single ‘S.O.B’ also topped the US Spotify Viral Chart and was on #5 on the Global Spotify Viral Chart after a stupendous performance on Jimmy Fallon in the States.
