Celebrating the 80th birthday of the master of minimalism, Britten Sinfonia will perform live at Colston Hall in Bristol on Monday 14 November 2016.

You have an opportunity to experience the creative and appealing performance of Steve Reich along with Beryl Korot whose multi-media fable for the 20th century: Three Tales was highly praised.Pulse is the most recent work of Steve Reich and will be performed at the venue along with WTC 9/11, memorial to the September 11th disaster.

Since its inception in 1992, Britten Sinfonia has continued to impress the crowds as well as the critics thereby collecting huge acclaim for their concerts. Since they do not have any fixed principal director or conductor, the group is flexible and has worked with many artists throughout the world, the artists being the best of the best thereby making the shows a fascinating collaboration with respect to the audiences.

On this concert at Colston Hall, the group collaborates with Clark Rundell (contemporary music specialist). Clark Rundell has premiered works by the remarkable James MacMillan, Louis Andriessen and many other such great composers.
