Bristol won two of last seasons fixtures by 80-76 and 74-71 and went down in the away game by 84-79 due to a 4th quarter 19-13 effort by Clasgow. Despite this, Bristol Rocks still only managed a 6th place finish in the league to Glasgow Rocks 4th. 

Bristol Flyers are looking to improve on last season's 6th-placed finish in the 2018/19 BBL regular season. A play-off place is the aim, with the BBL play-off final set to take place in London on Sunday 19th May 2019.
