An inflatable obstacle course that earned a Guinness World Record is coming to Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park this month.

For the first time ever, the former Guinness World Record holding inflatable obstacle course, The Tartan Titan, will leave its Scottish hometown – setting up camp at Avon Valley as part of Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park’s “summer of fun”.

Over 600 metres long, with 50 sections of obstacles to tackle the park are billing The Tartan Titan as the team-building activity of the summer. Inspired by courses like Total Wipeout, Gladiators and Ninja Warrior, The Tartan Titan will test visitors’ stamina and ability to fight inflatable obstacles on their way to the finish line.

The course will be inflated at Avon Valley from Saturday 27 July – Saturday 31 August. Ticket holders will be given a 60-minute slot to try and beat the massive assault course. Get your tickets here.

In celebration of the coming course, Avon Valley are holding a schools-wide competition to win 30 free tickets for the course. To win, all that students need to do is submit their own design for the course – with the winning design earning the 30 free tickets to the Tartan Titan for their school, as well as eight accompanying adult tickets.

Designs can be submitted in any format – from drawings, to sculpture, or even simply a written description of the course. To enter, email a clear photograph of your design, with no filters, to celeste@weareplaster.com. Entrants must be under 17, with parent or guardian permission, and live within 15 miles of Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park.

Private hire of the Titan is also available for school events, as well as adults-only parties, corporate and team building events, gym challenges and summer school days out.

The Tartan Titan will be at Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Park from Saturday 27 July – Saturday 31 August. For tickets, head to the Avon Valley website.
