With thirteen of South Bristol’s top pubs, bars and breweries taking part, Bedminster Beer Trail celebrates Bemmy’s burgeoning craft beer scene.

Running across the Spring Bank Holiday weekend, from Friday 26 until Sunday 28 May, attendees to enjoy a hoppy beverage while following a map of some of BS3’s top watering holes.

Having debuted in 2022, Bedminster Beer Trail is supported by Bristol BID takes beer lovers on a tour that covers a multitude of independent venues across North Street, East Street and beyond with posters and maps once more created by Bristol artists, Ed Cheverton and Jayde Perkin.

Included in the trail is a range of enduring BS3 favourites. On North Street, attendees will be able to take in the liquid delights of The Hen & Chicken, The Spotted Cow, The Tobacco Factory, The Steam Crane, The Old Bookshop, KASK and North Street Standard.

Another popular North Street venue is Bristol Beer Factory Taproom, located a stone’s throw away from the craft beer specialist’s brewery. Three of Bedminster’s freshest breweries, Bruhaha, On Point and Grain Alchemist, will also be included in the trail.

Located just off East Street, these new breweries will be producing a specially designed collaboration beer as well as opening their doors to beer lovers for this exciting bank holiday weekend. Attendees will have the chance to sample some of Bristol’s lesser-known brews!

The other two venues involved Bedminster Beer Trail 2023 is much-loved Southville watering hole The Coronation with its pub cats and affordable pints and one of the area’s newer additions, the Alpha Bottle Shop & Tap – a cosy hangout where hopheads can indulge themselves in the best craft beer from around the UK and beyond.

Bedminster Beer Trail 2023 runs from Friday 26 to Sunday 28 May. To take part in the trail, attendees will need to collect a map from any of the venues mentioned above before setting about collecting stamps across the three days.

A completed stamp card can be exchanged for 10% off a draft beer at any of the beer trail venues. Head to the Bedminster Beer Trail website for more information.
