Jess Glynne's 2022 Forest Live concerts have been cancelled

Posted on: 21 Jan 2022

The renowned singer-songwriter was set to perform live at Westonbirt Arboretum in June.

A live performance from Jess Glynne has been removed from this year's Forest Live concert lineup due to unforeseen circumstances, organisers have confirmed.

Having been postponed in 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic, Forest Live 2022 was billed as one of the series' most ambitious live offerings yet, featuring Glynne, Rag'n'Bone Man, Madness and Keane.

While Glynne's performance has been cancelled, three remaining shows are set to go ahead at Westonbirt Arboretum in June. Find out more over on the Forest Live website.

In a brief statement, the Forest Live team said: "We are sorry to announce that, due to unforeseen circumstances, Jess Glynne’s concerts as part of Forest Live this summer have been cancelled.

"Customers for these performances will be contacted by their point of purchase with refund information. Unfortunately, these concerts cannot be rescheduled so Forestry England will be securing a new headline artist/s for these dates.

"We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Almost two million people have attended Forest Live gigs since their launch in 2000, with ticket costs going towards vital conservation and environmental work.

Westonbirt Arboretum, located in nearby Gloucestershire, is one of three venues that takes part in the Forest Live series alongside Cannock Chase Forest (Staffordshire) and Thetford Forest (Suffolk).

To date, the concert series has enabled Forestry England to continue supporting the nation's 1500 woodland and forest areas, and maintain natural spaces to welcome millions of visitors every year.
