The festive season is one of the busiest periods for clubs and venues all over Bristol and, after a year away due to the pandemic, Christmas 2021 is no different.

Funk & Soul Christmas Party @ Lakota | Saturday 11 December 

 

Lakota have a few Christmas parties on offer this year, but the Funk & Soul Christmas Party looks like the pick of the bunch. There will be themed prizes to be won, live elves, funky festive décor and everything from Funk, Soul, Disco and House – all you could want from a Christmas party.

Dazed x Motion: DnB XMAS Rave @ Motion | Wednesday 15 December 

 

After back-to-back sell out shows, Dazed and Motion are joining forces again for their final party of 2021. The line up boasts a host of exciting DnB acts including Hedex & Eksman and DISRUPTA b2b Gray.

Club Tropicana – The UK’s Biggest 80s Xmas Party! @ The Fleece | Friday 17 December

 

One of Bristol’s most cherished venues, The Fleece, is rolling back the years with their 80s Christmas party. Expect Christmas classics from artists such as Wham! And The Pogues as well as appearances from the likes of Queen, Madonna, The Specials and Prince.

The House of Savalon Presents: The Anti-Christmas Edition @ Strange Brew | Saturday 18 December

 

If you’re fed up with festivities and the season of good cheer, then Strange Brew could be the place to go. The House of Savalon’s queer drag cabaret and party is here to celebrate all we love and loathe about the Christmas season.

 

With a line-up featuring the most marvelous of drag queens, expect plenty of playful anti-Christmas fun.

Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club @ O2 Academy Bristol | Saturday 18 December

 

Actor, TV host and disc jockey, Craig Charles is one of the UK's most loved Funk and Soul DJs. Having recently taken over BBC Radio 6’s prime time afternoon slot and is back in Bristol on December 18 for his Funky Christmas Party. Expect funky tunes and plenty of revelry!

Frontin' x Top Rankin': Winter Whine 4.0 @ The Crofters Rights | Wednesday 29 December

 

If your festive schedule is looking a bit crowded, then why not head down to Stokes Croft on the week after Christmas for a night of misbehavior and mayhem.
