Harper Starling to stop in Bristol on UK support tour

Posted on: 27 Sep 2021

Starling will visit BS1 in support of British-Norweigan pop boy band A1.

The Los Angeles-based dance-pop artist will visit Thekla on Tuesday 26 October, the final gig on a 9-date run of shows.

Since releasing her first singles in 2018, Starling has enjoyed mainstream success with multiple Billboard top 20 singles, including her number one single 'Euphoria', released in collaboration with The Perry Twins.

Headlining the run of shows are A1, who cut their teeth alongside 90s boy band behemoths such as Westlife and The Backstreet Boys in their heyday.

Milwaukee born and raised, Starling was always destined to become a performer, despite being diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome at an early age.

With a condition some may consider a setback, Starling, undeterred, threw herself into developing her craft, using her diagnosis as a form of empowerment. Whilst performing, all related symptoms disappear.

Starling's obvious talent has led her to collaborate with a number of top, award-winning producers including; The Jackie Boyz “Carlos Battey” (Madonna, Jason Derulo, Justin Bieber), The Perry Twins (Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez), and Kasia Livingston (Britney Spears, Pussycat Dolls).

Don't miss your opportunity to catch Starling in the flesh. Get tickets here.
