The eye-catching designs for the upcoming season were unveiled by the club this week.

Bristol Bears have officially released their full range of kits for the 2020/21 season, as they prepare to keep the pressure on at the top of the Gallagher Premiership table and make another good account of themselves in Europe.

Ahead of their first season with new kit supplier Umbro, the Bears released their third and final 2020/21 kit on Monday (12 October), a striking black and pink jersey designed to be worn exclusively during European matches.

The new European third shirt will get its first outing this Friday (16 October) as the Bears compete in their first-ever European Challenge Cup final against Toulon at Stade Maurice-David.

Following their disappointing Premiership semi-final defeat against Wasps last week, Pat Lam's side will be desperate to come out on top and secure the club's first-ever piece of major European silverware.

Adorned with a design based on the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge, the new colours may well prove to be a lucky omen for one of the strongest sides Bristol fans have seen in years.

Once the 2020/21 campaign gets underway in November, the team will be wearing the new home and away strips in Gallagher Premiership fixtures, and the third as they compete in the Heineken Champions Cup for the first time in 12 years.

Speaking on the initial unveiling of the new Bristol Bears home kit, Bristol Sport Chairman, Jon Lansdown, said: “It’s such an exciting time for the club and we believe this jersey reflects the dynamism and excitement that the Bears bring on and off the field.

"We look forward to representing our community with pride at Ashton Gate in the new Umbro strip.”

Shirts, shorts and socks are available now in a full range of childrens' and adult sizes - find out more and get your 2020/21 Bears gear here.
