Get ready for IDLES' Lock-In Sessions at Abbey Road Studios this weekend.

IDLES’ highly-anticipated third album, Ultra Mono, is due out next month.

The follow up to 2018’s critically acclaimed Joy as an Act of Resistance, Ultra Mono is coming out on Friday 25 September.

To celebrate, the Bristol band have released four tracks from the album and announced details of a 2021 UK tour.

But that’s not all. This week, IDLES will host a series of three live performances from Abbey Road Studios on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August.

Each stream will be professionally recorded, filmed, and livestreamed. Here's what you need to know.

Upon purchase a ticket, attendees will receive a unique link to access the performance live. Alternatively, a stream can be viewed up to 48 hours after the original broadcast.

Each stream will feature a different set list, boasting 12 tracks from across the band’s back catalogue, plus recently-released singles.

The first set, scheduled for 21:00 on Saturday 29 August, will feature new single ‘Mr Motivator’.

The second set, set to stream at 23:45 on Saturday 29 August, will feature hits ‘Mother’ and ‘Danny Nedelko’.

And the third set, set for Sunday 30 August at 12:00, will feature new track ‘A Hymn’, plus 2018’s ‘I’m Scum’.

Tickets for each stream cost a tenner and can be bought here

Earlier today (Monday 24 August), IDLES announced a headline UK tour for 2021, which will see the band stop off at huge venues across the country.

Sadly, Bristol hasn't been named on the list of venues, but the band will be stopping off at Cardiff's Motorpoint Arena on Wednesday 12 May 2021.

Tickets for IDLES' headline tour go on sale this Friday (28 August) at 10:00.
