Changes Bristol is a local mental health, providing weekly peer support meetings for those in mental distress.

The charity’s services are free to access, with no referral or formal diagnosis required from a health professional.

Services are open ended so that people can access the service for as long as they would like.

To support the work of Changes, Pizzarova is 50p from every July Special pizza ordered to the charity. On social media, the Pizzarova team praised the charity:

“This incredible charity has done a hella lot during this time.”
