Parades filled with green, traditional cèilidhs, food and drink, it's a holiday that's fun to celebrate even if you're not of Irish descent.

Join the St Paddy's Day Parade 

 

Every year, the Bristol Irish Society host a St Patrick's Day Parade, and this year will be no different.

 

Departing from Trinity Centre on Sunday 15 March at 1pm, the parade will journey through Old Market and Bristol Old City arriving on St Nicholas Street at 2pm where the parade will culminate with a vibrant street party outside St Nicholas Street's Irish pub, Seamus O'Donnells. Don't miss it!

Party into the night

 

Party in honour of St Paddy this year with a range of events happening across Bristol.

 

SWX will be throwing a St Patrick-themed party on Tuesday 17 March, where fancy dress will be strongly encouraged.

Celebrate a few days early at Fiddlers 

 

Looking for a proper family-friendly Irish shindig? Celebrate a few days early with Fiddlers, on Friday 13 March.

 

The O'Malley School of Irish Dance is set to perform from 20:30, followed by a high-energy performance from The Fleigh O'Hara Live Band.

 

Expect to hear all the best Irish tunes that will be sure to get everyone dancing.

To celebrate St Patrick's Day, BrewDog Bristol will be showcasing some Irish craft beers on Tuesday 17 March.

 

They've also got a surprise instore from Irish brewing company White Hag. On the day, BrewDog will be open until 23:30.
