Booking fast: Almondsbury Garden Centre’s beloved Christmas Experience & Grotto

Posted on: 01 Nov 2019

Slots for Almondsbury Garden Centre’s immersive Christmas experience and grotto are starting to fill up fast. Have you booked yet?

Ah Christmas, it’s the most wonderful time of the year! If you get things sorted early, that is.

And what better way to get the kids excited for the festive season than a trip to meet Father Christmas himself? (A great way to find out what they really want, too.)

If there’s one Christmas experience in Bristol that trumps the rest in terms of quality and wow-factor, it’s got to be Almondsbury Garden Centre’s beloved Grotto.

A firm family favourite, slots for this year’s Christmas Experience have been filling up faster than the elves can wrap presents, so book now to avoid disappointment.

Between November 30 and December 24, Almondsbury Garden Centre invites you to meet Santa at his workshop. Travel through secret tunnels, watch the elves hard at work and get a sneak peek inside Santa's secret vault.

You’ll also get the chance to meet up with Mrs Claus, who will be on hand to ensure every Grotto visitor gets a parting gift and family photo.

Light-up installations, detailed scenery and interactive play with actors in fantastic costumes: it’s certainly no ordinary Grotto experience.

Last year, we loved visiting the Grotto. One reviewer said: “The Almondsbury elves were energetic, charismatic and joyful throughout.” Top marks!

The Grotto will be open every weekend from November 30 to December 24, with entry priced at £5 for adults, £15 for children and £10 for babies. Booking is essential; head to the booking page to check the latest availability.

Santa’s Grotto

If you haven't been to Almondsbury Garden Centre before, rest assured there’s plenty more to do and see when you visit.

Why not add to the Christmas décor collection with the Centre’s annual Christmas market?

Or why not visit their dedicated restaurant, The Kitchen? With stunning views over the Garden Centre and surrounding hillsides, it’s the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat after a meeting with Santa.

Join Mr and Mrs Claus at the Grotto at Almondsbury Garden Centre this Christmas: book in here.
