Celebrate Day of the Dead at The Lanes: Motor City party

Posted on: 25 Oct 2019

The Lanes' much-loved Motor City is getting a monstrous makeover on the first day of November to celebrate Day of the Dead 2020.

Dia de los Muertor City at The Lanes // Friday 1 November

Motor City's celebration of all things Motown, funk & soul, disco and rock & roll is back on Friday 1 November, coming to you with a twist to celebrate this year's spooky season.

With Halloween and the official Day of the Dead falling either side of the party, Dia de los Muertor City is certain to be one to remember. Attendees are encouraged to 'Dress to Distress' and celebrate the scariest holiday of the year in style!

Running on the first Friday of every month at one of Bristol's favourite city centre club venues, Motor City is much more than your average club night. As well as some banging drinks deals running throughout the night, you can also get a discounted price on bowling, or play for FREE with the purchase of an early bird ticket!

With doors open at 10pm until late, expect classic tracks for the duration from the likes of Stevie Wonder, Gloria Jones, Earth Wind & Fire, The Jackson Five, The Rolling Stones, Diana Ross, The Kinks, Marvin Gaye, The Beatles, Curtis Mayfield, Aretha Franklin, The Beach Boys and many, many more!

Tickets for Motor City's Day of the Dead special are on sale now and can be found here. For more information or to find out what else is coming up at The Lanes in 2019, visit their website.
