AMY: Amy Winehouse tribute band at The Fleece

Amy Winehouse is one of jazz’s biggest success stories. Influenced by the likes of Billie Halliday and Frank Sinatra, the singer became known internationally for her unique vocal fusion of blues, soul and jazz prior to her tragic death in 2011.

Since the singer has been celebrated continually through film, music and writing. She’s also gathered a loyal tribute band following, something which Bristol can get a taste of this November.

On Friday 1 November, AMY – an 8-piece Winehouse tribute - will be performing the singer’s biggest hits along with songs that inspired her Grammy-winning sound at The Fleece.

Stacey Lou is AMY’s lead vocalist

AMY has left no stone unturned when it comes to recreating Winehouse’s music. With each band member a genuine fan of the singer, their setlist comes armed with full horn sections to encapsulate Ronson’s big band sound.

Expect hits from Amy’s debut Frank, Back to Black and Lioness alongside the cuts from the jazz that inspired her career. Lead by talented lead vocalist Stacey Lou, the ensemble is made up of top musicians from across the Midlands.

The band is currently touring the U.K. with their Winehouse-inspired project, creating a stir in the tribute scene. Now's your chance to see what all the fuss is about!
