This one is perfect for those hitting up Bristol Harbourside Festival this summer. Situated right on the waterfront, YHA is a cheap stay in a select location. Formally a grain house, the space was carefully transformed into a stylish and relaxed setting by the YHA team. A licensed bar, catering and just a stone’s throw away from Wapping Wharf, this quirky building is an upmarket treat at a low price.

Interested in Bristol’s maritime rich history? Get a feel for Bristol’s boating connections with a visit to Kyle Blue, a luxury hostel on water. Recently renovated, 30-bed Dutch Barge hosts private and shared cabin accommodation, alongside a bright common area and self-catering kitchen. Tranquil, stylish and extremely unique; this contemporary short-stay setting seems to be one of Wapping Wharf’s best.
