Posted on: 09 Apr 2019

Roll up, roll up; it's all the fun and thrills of the circus with the fantastic new show being put on at Circomedia, called Hotel Paradiso, on Friday 12th April 2019.

Circomedia's Hotel Paradiso.

Breathtaking circus skills will mix marvellously with plenty of clowning around, juggling, theatrical storytelling, and oodles of slapstick in a brash, brave and barmy new show from those purveyors of theatrical brilliance Lost in Translation.

Colourful, crazy and hilarious, the story follows Madame and her affable staff at the quirky hotel of the title. But their terrible nemesis, the Banker, is up to no good to try and repossess the hotel, so it's a battle of wits between the tenants and the Banker to fight to keep their beloved abode open. Will they win, or be forced to move on?

The stage will be transformed into an acrobatic playground, filled with an astonishing multinational cast of jugglers, clowns and acrobats who will perform gob-smacking stunts, aerial tricks, amazing acrobatics and guffaw-inducing physical comedy. A show like no other, it's crazy, anarchic, thrilling fun for the whole family.

The show starts at 8.30pm. Tickets cost £14/£11 and can be purchased hereCircomedia is located at St Paul’s Church, Portland Square, Bristol, BS2 8SJ - contact the team on 0117 947 7288 for more information.
