On Wednesday 27 March, two of Austalia's most sought after indie artists - Julia Jacklin and Olympia - will be hitting up The Fleece.
With the sound-theatrics similar to that of St Vincent, Olympia’s 2016 debut Self Talk set the tone for her subsequent successes. Three years on, Olympia’s sound remains glossy, cool, but pungent with her latest single ‘Shoot to Forget,’ which was premiered by Clash Mag.
Bringing her infectious alt-rock to Julia’s Jacklin’s long-awaited return to Bristol, Olympia’s presence on this line-up has sent ticket sales rocketing. And for those who don’t already know Julia Jacklin? She’s one of the alternative’s scenes most exciting singer-songwriters, mixing country and dreamy indie pop.
