February Half-Term at Aerospace Bristol from Saturday 16th to Sunday 24th February 2019
Posted on: 12 Feb 2019Half-Term already? Surely not. Well, actually it really is, so you're going to need to keep the youngsters entertained and occupied - so why not take a trip to Aerospace Bristol for an exciting plethora of activities from Saturday 16th to Sunday 24th February 2019.
The week-long odyssey of aerial exploration-themed things to do will, among many other things, give you the thrilling chance to set foot aboard the mighty Concorde Alpha Foxtrot, the last Concorde to be built and fly.
You'll also be able to immerse yourself in hands-on activities such as learning the principles of flight; learn all about the amazing stories behind the venue's exhibits through a range of special Spotlight talks; put your own reaction skills to the test and learn about the physics of flight; follow the fact-finding trail with Alfie Fox; find seven 'clocking-in' stations dotted around the museum; and view work on the Bristol Bolinboke as well as gleaning as much info as you can from the venue's friendly and knowledgeable staff.
That should keep 'em busy for a good few hours at least. Daily activities take place between 10am and 5pm, and it's all included in the price of admission. Tickets cost £16.50 adults, £9 children, £14.50 seniors and students, while children under 4 get in for free.
