Sleaford Mods' Eton Alive is due for release on 22nd February.

With their eleventh studio album, Eton Alive, due for release this month - Friday 22nd February to be exact - punk duo Sleaford Mods have announced plans for a huge 33-date UK and Ireland tour running through February, March, April and May 2019. The Bristol show on Saturday 6th April falls somewhere in the middle of the extensive run of shows which will also see the pair perform in major cities like Belfast, Dublin, Manchester, London, Leeds and Birmingham.

 

Formed in 2007, Sleaford Mods is made up of vocalist Jason Williamson and multi-instrumentalist Andrew Fearn. The pair are known for their abrasive style and fierce musical exploration of modern Britain and the issues that face today's working class.

 

With an extensive back catalogue of their own which includes ten (soon to be eleven) studio albums, four EPs and three compilations, Sleaford Mods have also collaborated with an impressive range of artists over the years, including pioneering electronic outfit The Prodigy on the 2015 track 'Ibiza'.
