The world's most incredible ocean films are coming to your doorstep

Get ready to dive into a world of underwater wonder as The Ocean Film Festival World Tour comes to Bristol’s Redgrave Theatre to delight and amaze.

Climb aboard for a night of ocean adventure! The Ocean Film Festival World Tour features a new crashing tidal wave of the world’s most incredible ocean films, from wildlife, to waves, and anything else you might imagine inside the great blue deep.

Brought to you by the team behind the Banff Mountain Film Festival UK & Ireland tour, this selection of short films combines breath-taking marine life and wild seafaring voyages in a cinematic celebration of our oceans. Venturing to rarely explored depths of the planet, meet the surfers, paddlers, divers and scientists who have dedicated their lives to answering the call of the ocean. Plunge into the wonders of the big blue – without getting your feet wet!

The Ocean Film Festival World Tour will come to the Redgrave Theatre between October 3 and October 4, later this year – but tickets are on sale now at the Redgrave’s website.

This official festival is presented by PADI (the Professional Association of Diving Instructors) and the Marine Conservation Society – two of the biggest names both in ocean conservation, and in loving the marine world! It’s a big ocean – so it takes big names to show it off. The films set to be screened at the festival are yet to be announced, but with 10 years under their belt and a real pedigree, the festival team have no doubt prepared some of the best of wet film-making to bring to Bristol’s screen in Redgrave.
