Shrek The Musical continues until Saturday 6 September 2014 - Buy Tickets Here
Nearly a million people have already attended the highly successful London shows, and now the chance to see this magical performance closer to home is a reality. Shrek The Musical will star none other than West End favourite, Dean Chisnall as the beloved swamp-dwelling ogre ‘Shrek’, Faye Brookes as ‘Princess Fiona’ the damsel in distress, Idriss Kargbo as Shrek’s wisecracking sidekick ‘Donkey’ and Gerard Carey as formidable pint-sized villain ‘Lord Farquaad’.

The award winning musical tells the story of the wonderful artist that was Eva Cassidy. It follows her life through dramatic scenes and stunning live renditions of her music including a haunting interpretation of Somewhere over the Rainbow. Starring Nicole Faraday that some of you might recognise from her time in Emmerdale.

A behind the scenes tour of The Bristol Hippodrome takes place from 10.30am every Saturday lasting approximately 2 hours. The tour will take you around the front of house and backstage areas, and includes the history, the shows, the stars, and of course a smattering of gossip and ghost stories.
