With another series of the phenomenally popular Strictly Come Dancing imminent, what better time to celebrate the glitz and the glamour of the show's stunning sartorial razzmatazz than perusing the dresses from last year's dance fest at Berkeley Castle, which will be on display from Friday 31st August through until the end of September 2018.

The special exhibition in the majestic Great Hall will be home to fourteen eye-popping dresses from the 2017 series and will get a spectacular opening gala on Friday 31st August with a ribbon-cutting by former Strictly contestant Russell Grant, who will also take part in a Q&A session with the series' Events Manager Richard Curwen and Senior Sales Executive at DSI London, Carole Williams. There will also be the chance for a crafty sneak-peak of the incredible dresses before they officially go on display in September.

On show will be Alexandra Burke's feather-trimmed ball gown, Katya Jones' unforgettable Cinderella show dress, and Ruth Langsford's Spanish-style ensemble. All of the dresses on display were made in the UK and there will be plenty of interesting factoids and illuminating snippets about them, combining a fun and informative look at the stunning attention to detail that goes into the costumes and a offering a real treat for Strictly aficionados.
