Renowned comedian Garrett Millerick to headline The Greenbank Pub in Easton this Thursday 23rd May

Posted on: 21 May 2019

Giggles and guffaws galore will descend on The Greenbank in Bristol when it presents rib-tickling comedy maestros Garrett Millerick and Sooz Kempner on Thursday 23rd May 2019.

London-based Millerick is a writer, director and comedian who's a regular on the comedy circuit and has been described by The Times as "wickedly funny".

Sooz Kempner is a lady with serious comedy chops, having won 2010's Musical Comedy Awards' Best Newcomer and 2012's Funny Women Variety Award; one of her (many) compliments comes from Fest Magazine, who have encapsulated her fun fests as "hilarious....an absolute joy".

Joining them will be rising magicians of mirth Eleri Morgan and Matthew Alford, while Luke Sargeant will preside over the evening's titter-inducing proceedings.

The Greenbank is a popular, multi-award winning community pub that opened in 2014, popular with the punters (both local and further afield) with its excellent combination of British cuisine and pizzas, tip-top real ale, lovely pub garden, family and dog-friendly environment and regular live music.

Doors for the night of top comedy open at 7.45pm for an 8pm start. Tickets cost £6 (plus booking fee) in advance or £8 cash on the door - you can find out more and get your hands on tickets here. The Greenbank Pub is located at 57 Belle Vue Road, Greenbank, Bristol, BS5 6DP - contact the team on 0117 939 3771 for more information.
