The pizza parlour, which caters both for take away and delivery has been on our favourite list for a couple of years now and their pizzas are really good. We caught up with owner Paul Singh to find out a bit more about Red Pizza.
1. When did you set up Red Pizza?
We set up two years ago and are now looking at expanding further across Bristol.
2. Are you from Bristol?
No, I'm originally from Bonnie Scotland with a mix of Italy. Don't be asking us for any fried mars bars though.
3. How's business?
Business really flying now - the pizzas are flying anyway. We find that when customers come to us they keep coming back which is a great measurement of success.
4. Tell us about your business?
We deliver the best pizzas in Bristol and can even bring you beer and wine too until 4am every night of the week! We use Real fresh ingredients and dish out challenging crazy spiced pizzas such as the Bristol Bad Boy. Make sure and try it!
5. How do you find running an independent business in Bristol?
We love being independent and having the freedom to operate, change and have fun doing business.
6. Where do you like to eat out in Bristol?
For pizza, Red Pizza of course. If I was going for a Chinese though it would have to be The Mayflower Restaurant on The Haymarket - next to Bristol Bus Station.
7. What's your favourite place in Bristol?
Cumberland Basin watching the boats and ships coming in to our ace maritime City. Remember, if it wasn't for the boats, Bristol wouldn't be here!
8. Where do you see Red Pizza in 5 years time?
We plan to have outlets all across the UK but would love to develop new unexplored pizza markets.
9. What advice would you give to any aspiring Bristol small business owners?
Run with your heart pal!
10. If you were Mayor of Bristol for a day which one thing would you change?
Resign.
