Milk Poetry November 2018 at Tobacco Factory Theatre on Sunday 18th November 2018

Posted on: 17 Nov 2018

Back with a wonderfully wordy vengeance, Milk Poetry November hits Tobacco Factory Theatre with another line-up of first-rate, top-tier, sensational spoken word supremos on Sunday 18th November 2018.

Championing the best poetic talent from the UK and further afield, previous wordsmiths have included oratory exemplars such as Hollie McNish, Inua Ellams, Tony Walsh and Vanessa Kissule.

Always on the cutting-edge of the very best in spoken word masters (and mistresses) of the universe, penning their prose (or indeed typing their ambic tittilations), when it comes to poetry that will move, delight, revile, revere, love, hate, touch, tease, taunt, enrage, embolden and enlighten, it doesn't get any better than this.

The full line-up is yet to be confirmed, but already on the yes list is singer-songwriter Gecko, full of vim and vigour following a stint supporting Harry & Chris and a European tour.

Cunning linguists will commence from 7.30pm and the show will last around 2-and-a-half hours including an interval. Tickets cost £8 and can be purchased here.
