Masterchef favourite Jay Rayner comes to The Redgrade Theatre in Bristol on Thursday 30th March and we have a pair of tickets and a signed copy of his book to give away

Jay Rayner is instantly recognisable as the lion-maned, straight-talking food critic on BBC's Masterchef. However, the erudite Rayner has more strings to his bow than that - his show at The Redgrave Theatre on Thursday 30th March proves this and we have a pair of tickets to give away.

The original Ten Commandments have very little to offer when it comes to the complex business of how and what we eat. Now the award-winning writer, broadcaster and journalist, Jay Rayner has decided it’s time to act. Join this culinary Moses as he guides you through this audio-visual romp and attempts to lead you to the edible promised land.

He’ll explain why thou shalt always eat with thy hands, why thou should most definitely worship leftovers, and why thou must celebrate the stinkiest of foods. Plus he’ll invite thee to honour thy pig - and so much more besides. Join the chair of BBC Radio 4’s Kitchen Cabinet as he sets out to provide hilarious guidance on the very best way to eat now. Includes Q&A and book signing.

For the chance to win a pair of tickets to the show on Thursday 30th March, beginning at 7:30pm and a signed copy of his book 'The Ten Food Commandments' simply click on our Contact Us section, fill in the details and in the 'Your Message' section write "Jay Rayner".
