Jaij Hollands plays at Bristol's Biggest Afro Caribbean Party tonight

Let’s get tropical!

Inject some sun back into the cooling nights with the company of Jaij Hollands, who makes his live Bristol debut at the aptly-named Biggest Afro Caribbean Party. The bash takes place at Analog (formerly The Bunker) this evening (30th September).

Accompanying the Amsterdam-born dancehaller are a slew of selectors, including DJ Wally, DJ Pilo and DJ Ft, who will fill the three rooms of the Queen Street club with a sun-dappled blend of afrobeats, reggae and bashment.

The party follows the success of their previous event last month, which saw Jamaican superstar Baby Cham take charge of proceedings. If that evening was anything to go by then tonight is going to go OFF. Also, to extend the smiles even further, VIP entry is offered to anyone whose born in September - who said Autumn had to be boring?

If you fancy for a jar beforehand, get on down to the Bag of Nails in Hotwells, where they will be pulling pints of Lagos-brewed Nigerian Guinness, to celebrate the country’s independence day which appropriately falls tomorrow.
