Choral Cuisine at Extract Coffee Roasters on Saturday 12th May 2018

Posted on: 10 May 2018

Coffee and the senses converge for a dining experience with a difference when Choral Cuisine presents a special event at Extract Coffee Roasters on Saturday 12th May 2018.

Created by Sabrina Shirazi with composer Wilf Petherbridge and creative technologists Luke Saxton and Joseph Horton, Choral Cuisine is certainly a unique take on the traditional eat/drink combo. Blending tableware with technology (and plenty of delicious gastronomy, naturally) you'll be able to create your own inspiring symphony of sound.

It's certainly an interesting conceit and, with its creators' collective backgrounds in visual art, music and immersive events inspired by play, colour and unconventional behaviour, it's undoubtedly one of the more delightfully offbeat culinary offerings from your usual sit-down-and-eat fare.
Capacity is limited and the event is expected to sell out, so booking is essential.  The food being dished up is a vegetarian set menu which contains nuts, gluten and dairy.

This quirky, multi-sensory combo of food, art and music lasts for 45 minutes with three different dining sessions running on Saturday 12th May at 6.30pm, 7.30pm and 8.30pm.

Tickets cost £20 and can be booked here.  NOW SOLD OUT SO CHECK SOCIALS FOR ANY SPARES!!
