Carluccio's in Bristol - Christmas Festive Menu

The menu pays homage to an authentic Italian Christmas, which is all about gathering friends and family around you and indulging in festive treats! The menu consists of two excellent value set menus of two courses or three. Two courses are £16.99, and three are £19.99.

STARTERS:
Antipasti Della Casa - A selection of favourites from the deli - Milano and Ventricina salami, Buffalo mozzarella, marinated aubergines, courgettes & peppers, and rustica olives.
Zuppa di Zucca - A simple but delicious roasted squash soup topped with pumpkin seeds and served with crème fraîche and our own homebaked focaccia.
Antonio’s Chicken Liver Pâté - Homemade smooth chicken liver pâté, toasted ciabatta bread and red onion jam.
MAINS:
Prawn Fettucce - Ribbons of fettucce pasta with king prawns tossed in a sauce of cherry tomatoes, white wine, extra virgin olive oil and fennel seeds.
Saltimbocca Di Pollo al Vin Santo - A flattened chicken breast wrapped in Parma ham and topped with sautéed mushrooms and a rich Vin Santo, sage and cream sauce. Served with rosemary & garlic roasted potatoes.
Truffle Butter Ribeye Steak - A tender grass-fed, 21 day aged 8oz ribeye steak topped with rich truffle butter and served with rosemary & garlic roasted potatoes. (£3 supplement)
Risotto Festivo - Mushroom & baby spinach risotto served with crushed, toasted walnuts, a Parmesan wafer and a drizzle of our own porcini oil.
DESSERTS:
Carluccio’s Panettone - Award-winning panettone drizzled with a Vin Santo syrup and served with vanilla ice cream.
Torta al Cioccolato - Rich chocolate torte served with raspberry coulis and a dusting of icing sugar.
Christmas Plum Tart - A delicate puff pastry tart with plums, served with vanilla ice cream.
