Bristol Roller Derby 5th Birthday double header on 9th May 2015
Posted on: 10 Apr 2015Bristol Roller Derby is celebrating its 5th birthday in style at UWE Centre for Sport on Saturday 9 May 2015.
They will be holding the British Championships double header for Tier 2 National South, with London Rockin' Rollers and Seaside Sirens getting the day off to an energetic start. It will be a tough competition that will require all the teams of play at the top of their game, with Bristol taking on Portsmouth and Windsor competing with Brighton.
Of course, no birthday celebration would be complete without cake, and there will also be a few other surprises including a chance to win a limited edition shiny birthday tee.
The day's schedule will run as follows:
1.30 pm: Doors Open
2.30 pm: Bristol Roller Derby vs Portsmouth Roller Wenches
4.45 pm: Royal Windsor Rollergirls vs Brighton Rockers Roller Derby
6.30 pm: Skater awards
7.00 pm: AFTER PARTY TIME!!
Competition, fun, cake, and a whole day of roller derby awesomeness will make this a truly unforgettable birthday bash.
