Bristol Museum to host two spectacular silent discos with a celebrity guest DJ!

Posted on: 01 Jul 2024

Get ready to *silently* dance the night away to select anthems from the 80s, 90s and 00s this summer in one of Bristol’s most iconic buildings.

The Silent Disco will run at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 July 2024.

This weekend's extravaganza in the beautifully illuminated surroundings of the historical museum will see amazingly talented DJs set the scene for party-positive vibes, with Bristol’s very own British comedy icon Jayde Adams taking to the decks on the Friday – don’t miss out on this one!

Tickets can be booked from the museum website.

All attendees will be provided with a set of wireless headphones on arrival, with each headset fitted with multiple music channels. At the flick of a switch, you will be able to change what you’re listening to as DJs take you on a journey of musical greats through the decades.

Expect such certified bangers as Queen’s ‘I Want To Break Free’, Madonna’s 1984 hit ‘Like A Virgin’, ‘What’s Love Got To Do With It’ by Tina Turner, smash hit Prince favourite ‘Purple Rain’, Wham’s ‘Careless Whisper’ and ‘I Should Be so Lucky’ by Kylie Minogue.

Attendees can choose between an early or late session on Friday and Saturday night, perfect for those who need to get home for the babysitter or for night owls who are up for dancing the night away. Choose carefully because tickets cannot be exchanged.

Expect your all-time favourite anthems played by three DJs, a lit-up museum, state-of-the-art wireless LED headphones, plenty of options for your perfect evening soundtrack, LED batons and a fully stocked bar.

The Silent Disco will run at Bristol Museum & Art Gallery on Friday 12 and Saturday 13 July 2024 with general admission tickets available for £21 – secure yours HERE.

There are also VIP tickets available for £26.50, including advance priority entry and a ‘disco essential pack’ including an LED foam baton!
