Bristol Italian AutoMoto Festival 2017

Posted on: 13 Apr 2017

Back for 2017, Bristol is set to welcome some of the very finest examples of Italian automotive craft to the streets of Corn Street and the Old City area for the Bristol Italian AutoMoto Festival. It's completely free, family friendly, and held on Saturday 22nd April, the festivities kick off from 10am.

This year marks the 70th anniversary of both Ferrari and Lambretta. The call was put out long ago to owners of these two iconic examples of the very finest in Italian engineering so expect to see plenty of them at this year's festival. These two marques represent perfectly the very essence of the day.

It's not just those two though, all marques are invited and that ensures a plethora of automotive excellence adorn the famous old streets. The festival has been running uninterrupted for the past 13 years, despite a few literal and figurative bumpy roads, and has seen thousands of visitors, along with exhibitors, enjoying the sights and sounds of some of the very best incarnations of almost every model of Italian car, bike and scooter you can imagine.

Applications to exhibit cars, bikes and scooters, along with being a marshall, are still being welcomed and it's simply to apply. Just click here and follow the instructions. BIAMF is organised by the Italian AutoMoto Club with the assistance of the Bristol branch of the Ducati Owners Club

Helpfully located not one minute's walk from Corn street is Aquila Italian Restaurant on Baldwin Street. It breezed to a 5 star review and will be welcoming those looking to add to the authentic Italian vibe of the day.
