Brasserie Blanc in Bristol launches new menu inspired by Maman Blanc

Posted on: 08 Apr 2014

Brasserie Blanc in Bristol's Cabot Circus has launched a new menu. Inspired by Maman Blanc's kitchen table, Menu Maman Blanc celebrates all that Brasserie Blanc is built on: delicious dishes, prepared at their simple seasonal best, to be enjoyed and shared with family and friends. The new set menu is inspired by the kitchen and garden of Maman Blanc and delivers a feast for all the family.

In Raymond Blanc's words: "It is one of our greatest pleasures to share our table, our food, perhaps a glass of wine with family and friends. From such times, memories are made."

Highlights of Menu Maman Blanc are a delightful leek & potato soup, earthy beetroot with puy lentils and the very seasonal guinea fowl leg confit, with the sweetest of spring peas and broad beans. Desserts continue the deliciously simple theme and include baked Calvados apple with vanilla ice cream. Diners can add a glass of Brasserie Blanc house wine for only £2.50

The menu will change monthly and offers two or three courses for a set price, starting at £11.50 for a two course lunch, and £14.00 for a two course dinner. Menu Maman Blanc runs alongside the quarterly changing à la carte menu.
