Boardmasters is next month - and only a few tickets are left

With Boardmasters fast approaching, would-be attendees are encouraged to seize some of the rapidly-selling tickets.

Boardmasters 2023 is just under a month away – taking place this August, from Wednesday the 9th to Sunday the 13th. With the festival drawing so close, it’s no wonder many of the tickets are sold out already – with just a few opportunities to witness the thrilling summertime celebration left. There are plenty of reasons to get involved with the seaside sonic Shangri-la – but perhaps one of the most compelling is the legendary headliners that are involved.

On Friday, visitors will witness New Zealand superstar Lorde headlining her Boardmasters debut – not one to miss. On Sunday, grammy-nominated Florence and the Machine will take to the stage hot off the success of 2022’s Dance Fever. For those looking for a truly classic legend to enjoy, you’ll be pleased to hear that the final headliner for Saturday is Liam Gallagher – a UK festival exclusive this year.

But it doesn’t just end with the headliners – Boardmasters features a plethora of superstar artists this year, including Little Simz, Four Tet, Cypress Hill, Jockstrap, The Vaccines, Mungo’s Hi-Fi, Confidence Man and dozens more names.

But that’s not all Boardmasters is about – with a seaside locale, its hosting the Boardmasters OPEN, the country’s biggest surf competition. Watch the exciting highs and lows of the masters of catching waves – or get your own surf lessons. Who knows, maybe you’ll be up on the big boards next year!
