Plonked perfectly on the city's historic dockside and with a menu serving up a variety of delicious European and Mediterranean dishes, for an hour-and-a-half this culinary haven will take Bristol's gin aficionados and quaffers on a grand tour of their fabulous gins.
And of said libation there's no shortage either, boasting an eminently drinkable cornucopia of traditional, hand-crafted and artisan gins that will quench the thirst and leave you feeling refreshed, energized and giddy with pleasure (and possibly mild inebriation).
6 O'Clock Gin is made right here in Bristol so you'll get to sup the very finest drink of its kind produced here in the city, as well as an extensive sampling of their impressive gin selection, which will also be paired up with some particularly excellent gastronomy.
Tasting begins at 6.30pm and will run through until around 8 pm. Tickets for this indulgent, generous gin fest cost £20 per person and can be snapped up here.
